Click here to view some pencil tests of mine, from the Curious George Feature, by Universal Studios. This is about 8 or 9 months worth of work, done for Yowza Animation here in Toronto. This was a really fun movie to work on.

It’s hard to pick my fave Blair scene. The footcatch on the ladder or the face push in the ship hold.
Blair,
Amazing work. Really nice acting. Handled it very tastefully and tactfully. I paused on several drawings with deep admiration. Hats off to you kid-O.

Hey! Thanks guys! I’ve said it before, but I’ll say it again. This movie was so much fun to work on. They were very appealing and fun characters and situations, and the big guys calling the shots (Matt, Dave, and Tony) were great to work for/with. The revisions always made sense, and they never tried to change things just for the sake of changing things. All those factors combined, makes for a really fun job.
Hey Blair,
As always, your work is awesome! I have yet to see the Curious George movie, but when I do i’ll look for your work. Great to hear from you, and keep up with the comics. I gotta get myself that #1 issue from ya soon.
Take care!
Darryl
Hiya Blair!
Great stuff man! Unfortunately I haven’t really seen any of your work since college, but it looks like I’ve missed a whole bunch of good stuff! keep it up!!!
I’m over here designing at Elliott Animation. We should hook up for lunch sometime!
